If, within 15 days after receipt of your purchase, you are not completely satisfied, return it for a full refund of the purchase price.
Your purchase may be exchanged for up to 30 days. All products should be returned in the original condition they were received.
You will be responsible for the return shipping and insurance charges for refunds and exchanges.
Refunds are made only to the purchaser of record and in the exact method of original payment.
Products returned without original packaging are subject to a restocking fee of 5%, not to exceed $75.00.
Items that have been custom ordered, modified (i.e. sized, engraved, etc.) or show any signs of use or abuse will not be accepted for refunds or exchanges.

For security reasons, do not use Barbara Parker’s Diamond Vault in the address.
Be sure to include all original packaging. If your item was delivered with a diamond certificate and that certificate is not returned, you will be liable for a $250 replacement cost.
Insure your package for its full value as shown on the invoice.
Place the item to be returned in a small box and ensure that it does not rattle around by using wadded up paper or bubble wrap.
Then place the small box into a larger box provided by the carrier (UPS, FedEx, USPS). Seal the larger box with packing tape. Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org showing:
- Your name and phone number
- A description of the item being returned
- The reason for returning the item
- Carrier name and tracking number
* Barbara Parkers will not be responsible for loss of or damage to return shipment items.
